Where do we ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

When will I get my order?

Please allow approximately 7–14 calendar days for U.S. delivery from the date you place your order, including processing time. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can occasionally take longer.

When ordering multiple items, some items may arrive separately.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship from our own fulfillment center in Tennessee.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Check your tracking information and shipping confirmation email to confirm the delivery address. If tracking shows your package was delivered, check with your local post office and neighbors in case it was left nearby.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, or you cannot locate a package marked as delivered, please contact us at support@roscoetherooster.com with your order number so we can help.
